We can also organize tastings of products like wine tastings. For example, you can learn how to recognize different cuts of beef: an onglet, an entrecote, a faux-filet, a rumsteck . . . You can learn how to recognize the different varieties of apples and pears . . . Or you could have a cheese tasting, in which you learn how to recognize the different families of cheeses.



For children: “What’s this?”

With a blindfold (or not), they must recognize which fruit they are tasting, which cheese, which fish, which meat? They can also learn to recognize major herbs and spices. It is thus an educational experience for developing taste and appreciation of good, diverse foods.
